Numbing Sensation Around Brain, Headache, Paining Pelvis. Diagnosed With Chlymedia 5 Years Back, No Treatment Done. Advice?

Hi Doctors, I have been diagnosed with chlymedia and have not as of yet recieved treatment. I fear I've had the disease for 5 years. I am male. I have a numbing sensation around my brain and a headache as well as a paining pelvis. It is now Friday and the clinic I went to does not open until monday. My question is should I go accident and emergency and my chances of infertility? Thank you all

this is no urgency as your disease is for long you need to get investigated for disease and it is based on history clinical examination supported by blood tests
you wait and consult the concerned doctor to find exactly the cause and treat accordingly
