Numbness And Tingling In Fingers, Joint Pain, Sore Throat, Difficulty In Sleeping After Delivery Of Baby. Advice?

i am 24 years old am 5'1 and 100lbs um since the birth of my son 1 year ago ive experienced numbness and tingling in my fingers severe hair loss anxiety high blood pressure and nausea joint pain cold hands muscle cramps fatigue but cant sleep im scared and have no medical insurance can you help me oh and sore throat no appetite coughing and stomach pain very shakey also

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some thyroid problem and anemia.
go for thyroid function test and hemoglobin testing.
After report go for treatment after consulting your doctor.
Take high protein diet, green veggies and fresh fruits.
Take some multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
