Numbness In Foot, Toe, Calf. Normal MRI, EMG, Consulted Neuro Doctor. Could Taking Zocor Be The Cause For These Symptoms?
I have been on Zocor for 7 or 8 months. About 6 weeks ago I started having numbness in my right foot and toe, also weakness in my right leg and severe pain in my right calf. I have had an MRI and EMG, also saw a nero doctor. Nothing was found. Could Zocor cause these symptoms. I have developed a limp due to the above mentioned pain and numbness.

Zocor can cause the muscle spasms and body ache but it is not associated with numbness. You can get your serum Vitamin B 12 levels and electrolytes evaluated to know.
