Ophthalmologist 's  Response
hello,
please clarify whether disorientation means double vision
are you able to see clearly with both of your eyes and your eyes can move in all directions?
if only pain and tiredness you are feeling then do cold fomentation of your eye ball with ice and take analgesic like diclofenac
if you have more problem visit an ophthalmologist specially if vision problem or diplopia or else relax
take care
