Numbness Under Rib Cage, Weight Loss. Family History Of Dementia And Stroke

I have a numb feeling in the region just under my left rib cage -- have had it for many years -- mostly a sensation but since I have lost weight (appx 40 lbs) the feeling is more pronounced. I have also been under a lot of stress lately with my mom having dementia and my husband had a stroke . I workout 3 X week and walk briskly 2 miles 5 to 6 days a week. It is not painful just a numb feeling
