OK So I Got Hot Water , A Bucket, And

OK so I got hot water , a bucket, and bleach to make my old white shirts pure white again. I only let it sit for 5 minutes then I rinsed my shirts out, then the entire house smells like bleach. I opened windows to relieve the smell. it only did it a little bit. Is carbon monoxide in bleach. Now I'm beginning to feel light headed and the bleach smell wont leave my nose even when I went outside. but bleach never came in contact with my face only my hands when I rinsed out the bleach. But I feel light headed and air - headed and bleach smell will not leave my head. Do I have some type of gas poisoning ? even though it was only 5 minutes and this just happened 30 minutes ago
