The most important thing to keep in mind before starting a
weight loss regime is to persistence, maintain nutrition and not to starve the body.
1. Do not miss break fast.
2. Walking should be done before taking breakfast.
3. All meals should be taken in time.
4. Eat something every 1-2 hours.
5. Avoid excessive carbohydrates.
6. Avoid fast foods
7. Take fresh fruits and vegetables
8. Drink plenty of water, fresh fruit juices and soups
9. Take a light walk after dinner
10. Take dinner atleast 2 hours before sleeping
11. Light
aerobic exercises should be included in your schedule
