Observed Small Lumps At The Base Of Penis After Continual Sex. Suffered With Pain. Signs Of Infection?

ive been sleeping with a woman for a while now, after having sex for most of a night a few days ago i noticed a few small lumps at the base of my penis where the hair follicles are, their white with black heads. they also hurt, they hurt a lot the day after though the pain has been decreasing over the past few days, should i be worried or would this just be irritation from having sex for a long period of time?

I understand your concerns. I believe that you have folliculitis if you are having this white pus filled lesions where the hair follicles are. It is usually due to poor genital hygiene. I advise that you use povidone iodine powder and change your undergarments frequently along with washing the area thoroughly during taking bath on a daily basis. I hope this helps. If the condition persists, you might need to consult a psychiatrist or a sexologist or a qualified doctor to make sure that you do not have any STIs and if you do get the right treatment for the condition.
