hello Dr. my mother is suffring from obsessive compulsive cleanliness disorder.. plz tel me how to overcome from this disease... day by day she is becoming so weak.. she is suffring from since last five years... before she was not much into cleanliness but now a days she only think about cleanliness...this disease is spoiling her life.

Yes she is suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Consult a psychiatrist at the earliest for proper treatment. The treatment options are-
1) Drugs like SSRIs - Paroxetine, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline; TCAs - Clomipramine
2) Psychotherapy- Behaviour therapies
3) Relaxation exercises like yoga or meditation
