hi dear i have read ur problem. your complains are indicating a initial stage of irritable bowl syndrome which is very common these days. ITS a psychomotor disorder consisting a altered bowl habits and increased gastrocolic reflex.
i have some suggestions for u-
avoid fruits and vegetables such as apples , broccoli, cabbage, sprouts pulses and onions as well as reduce the amount of fermentable fibree ( whole meat, bread, bran and oats.
PROPER sleeping schedule - go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am . start your day with a cup of hot water add lemon juice and a spoon of honey in it.

yoga and( PRANAYAM for 3 minutes)

-BILVA JUICE DAILY or BILVA POWDER 2 gram daily in morning empty stomach.
-BUTTERMILK with BLACK PEPPER +,PIPER LONGUM POWDER 2 GRAM IN 200 ML OF BUTTERMILK DAILY GIVES RELIEF
