Occasional Outbreaks Of Angular Cheilitis, Inflamed Lip Sores Of Penis, Itching, Dark Spots. Anything To Lighten Spots?

I am 31 years old and have occasional outbreaks of angular cheilitis. In addition to lip sores my penis also becomes inflamed and itches extremely bad. After the inflammation stops I still have dark spots on my penis. They do not itch or hurt and appear to be lightening but I have had the spots for over 5 years. Is there anything I can do to lighten the spots?

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail.
Angular cheilitis causes due to vitamin deficiency of which B-complex is the most common. On the other hand the lesions that you are describing on your penis are not caused by any vitamin deficiency.
There was probably some yeast or fungus infection. In case if it recurrs, then you should consult a dermatologist. Regarding the black spots, one has to examine your penis before commenting on it. There could be many reasons for that. If it is only melanin deposit then there are plenty of creams available to reduce the pigmentation.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
