I am aware of such behavior being concealed... and I konw he is committed to the struggle... struggle being he keywords...what say you? I don't want to assume; however, I do find myself looking to only to the pupils but also "ticks" and body language.

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns and think that you need to take your significant other to a doctor who specializes in substance use disorders or a drug abuse counselor from community services. You should find that n your local resources. I would think that the person has a serious issue with oral infection at the very least and needs to be treated. I hope this body language also improves with treatment. Good luck in the journey to recovery,

Take care and have a lovely day!
