Oily Skin With Pimples And Dark Spots On Face. Advice For Clear Skin

Hi.I'm Lungile living I'm South Africa..I'm having skin problen since 2007,I am 19 years old,,I have oily skin and lots of pimples and darkspots,I've tried everything I could but non of it worked so now I need an advice of removing it and have my face fresh,can you please help me?

Hi Thanks for writing here.Pimples are age related problems and it needs a regular treatment.Start using a good cleansing lotion like cetaphil.Wash face with it two times daily.Avoid moisturizers,sun screens and foundations.This can block the skin pores leading to more acne.You need to apply antiacne cream like clindamycin over affected area.Apply it two times daily.In case there is no response better to consult a dermatologist.Hope this will help you.Take care.
