Ok, I Am A 71 Year Old Very Healthy Woman

Ok, I am a 71 year old very healthy woman who just had an eye episode that was painful, affected my vision and I had a half circle of prisom like light around my eye. The prisom and funny vision have left but I have a killer headache over the right eye. I don't get headaches normally.
Any ideas of what it could be?
