Ok Had A In Office Catheter For Morphine Pump Trial

Ok had a in office catheter for morphine pump trial run(for MS pain) the pain mngment doc did the worst LP I've ever had. She injected an anesthetic with a needle n immediately hit nerves causing my back buttocks n left leg to uncontrollably spasm. I was yelling at her to stop it was so painful. She told me not to move I was laying on my right side legs toward chest she then inserted morphine n put me in a room with my father reclined as I had a previous pos t LP migraine. I was sent home after 4 hrs. I was spasming relentlessly finally my parents took me to the ER n was admitted. Four days later the neurosurgeon did a blood plug. I was getting IV Dilaudid q. 2 hrs. Sent home on 10 mg morphine q. 4-6 hrs. It's been over a week n I started to wean down the dosage of morphine n felt like I had sciatic nerve pain on the left leg n lower back now it's right buttocks hip n lower right leg. I'm wondering if it's not new but was masked by the opiate. I took 2 alive to see if maybe inflammation on nerves could be the cause . It seemed to get better for an hour n now back with a vengeance. Considering calling the neurosurgeon Tomm. Is nerve damage a plausible issue? Sorry my tablet has been freezing up. The blood plug was done for vomitting non stop. Previous to being disabled I was an ER/trauma RN so u can speak to me in medical terms I will easily understand.
