Ok, So One Of My Very Best Friends Is In

Ok, so one of my very best friends is in a very bad way with pancreatic cancer and I don't know if I am making this up in my head for if I too truly have symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Since Sunday, August 9th, I have had a dull, achy pain in my left side..between abdomen and my groin area. Then my back started hurting in the very lower back area but I did pick up two very heavy flower planters and moved them in my year. The pain from my lower abdomen sometimes shoots in the buttocks and then down my leg to my knee. And at night time when I am laying down it is when it is the worst as it is uncomfortable to lie in certain positions. So I am losing sleep too at night. I have had sciatica before so it does feel a bit like that but the lower abdomen pain does not go away unless I take ibuprophen. I also think my stomach is a bit more active lately. Meaning my normal bowel movement has been first thing in the morning and before work. And over the last 2 weeks on a couple of occassions I have had the bowel movement later in the day. Am not nauseated and have not lost my appetite and do not have un explained weight loss. Not sure if I should contact the doctor or wait it out a few more days??
