Okay First Things First I Have Been Having Sometimes Sever

Okay first things first I have been having sometimes sever to mild pain in my lower abdomen since September. I also had a very odd period in September that lasted 14 days mainly spotting pinkish brownish blood. Now I was recently on the depo shot for 6 months recently just ended it my last shot would have been due January 4th never got it done. Now since September I also have been experiencing on and off pregnancy symptoms at one point I went two weeks with bucking everyday almost none stop I have been having a lot of discharge mainly looking like school glue my boobs have grown much larger and I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open right now and it seems to me my belly is growing and is very hard almost like a rock. Now I also have been getting faint positives every single time I do a pregnancy test I even had a progression over a week of doing 7 pregnancy test all faint positives but my blood work keeps coming back negative. I got an ultrasound done in November nothing was found uterus looked normal but measured differently then a normal uterus. I believe this is due to the fact that I have a tilted uterus and this I believe is due to my last pregnancy when I went into labor since my son was a week late and there were some complications during labor with him and I also gained over 80lbs with him. Now just yesterday I used a fetal heartbeat moiniter just to see if something might happen and to my surprise I found a very distinct heartbeat reading a heart rate of 171 to 183 for 5 mins. I also just did another home pregnancy test came back again with a faint positive. I am wondering what might be cause if all of this and if a transvaginal ultrasound might be needed.
