The doctor said I do not need surgery right now, but I need to to know would you advise I see opthamologist to rest my fear that it may need be taken care of now.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having cataract and diabetes. The treatment of cataract is by surgery in the form of removal of cataract lens and insertion of intraocular lens. However in the initial stages you can wait and surgery is required as definitive treatment. Hence I advice you to consult ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
