Old Age. Has High BP And Blood Sugar. Explain The ECG Report?

My father is 71 yrs old, hv sugar from 16 yeras n BP frm 10 years around. His recent ECG report result like this... Rate 73: Left Ventricular hypertrophy .... (SV1 + RV5) 3.5/ RaVL + SV3 . 2.00 PR 200: Borderline T abnormalities, inferior leads....... T flat/ neg, II III aVF QRSD 86Baseline wander in lead(S) V6. Please explain the above report...is it ok???

Hi
You have specifically asked about ECG report of your father which is reported as having Left Ventricle Hypertrophy which means thickening of muscle of main chamber of heart. It is not un common in patients with High BP. But it also reflects that His BP is not well controlled. So that needs reviewing. you have not provided me his recent BP reading so I can't comment on that.
