On March 11th I Passed Out At Our Church Around

On March 11th I passed out at our church around 7:00 in the evening. I went to an ER that night and they told me I had the Flu - Type B. My blood pressure, after I passed out at church, was 180/110. One of the paramedics took it and monitored it while we were there.

Last night I started feeling strange for a few minutes and after that I felt fine. I did take my blood pressure and it was about 140/78 or in that area.

Tonight, again at our church, I started feeling weird again and almost passed out again but I didn't. After I started feeling better I found that same paramedic and had him check my blood pressure. He said it was 170/80. He waited a few minutes and took it again. I was down to 140/80 before I left.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this to happen to me?
