On Sunday March 13, I Was Downhill Skiing In Another

On Sunday March 13, I was downhill skiing in another province and fell and injured my left knee. I heard a pop and was unable to move my left knee without pain. I sought medical attention immediately and an X-ray was done. The emerg dr told me I had an MCL/ACL injury. I went to physio therapy the next day and have been going every few days. I have just arrived back in my home city. I am walking with a crutch and I can put weight on my left foot if I move slowly and straight. I am continuing the physio exercises and ice treatments. The physio has graded the injury as a phase 2 injury. I have no formal diagnostic other than the X-ray. Should I seek an MRI or wear a brace to support the knee? I am concerned about going back to work as I have a job where I am on my feet all day and needing to go up and down stairs to the second floor and outside on uneven ground. How long should this injury typically take to heal?
