On A Daily Basis, My Knees And Sometimes My Upper

On a daily basis, my knees and sometimes my upper thighs are red and slightly swollen like sunburn and will "turn" white with a touch of a finger. My neck on the sides and front are the same. My knees hurt in the mornings, enough to prevent me from falling asleep and are often stiff most of the day, but worst in the morning. I do not take any medications and do not have any current conditions that I am aware of although I have been treated for Evans Syndrome prior to these symptoms in 2011 and 2014. Any idea of the cause?
