On And Off Headache, Throbbing Around Eye, Blurry Vision, Little White Fireworks While Lying Down. History Of Clearing Up Broken Blood Vessels In Eye. Opinion?

I've had a headache off & on for over a week now, throbbing around left eye, which is just now clearing up from 3 weeks of broken blood vessels. My visions seems worse, blurry. Other vision disturbances happen when I lay down, like little white fireworks. Researched online thinking it might be fluorescent light sensitivity but it's happening at home too. Have had a few migraines over the years, and once diagnosed with ocular migraines during a stressful time. Thinking cluster headache?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of migraine attacks. However, an eye examination is required to exclude a retinal pathology.
If symptoms warrant, an MRI scan of brain along with MR angiogram would be useful to exclude any narrowing or stenosis of blood vessel to retina or occipital lobe.
Useful medications for you would include topiramate and beta blockers, which would reduce the frequency of attacks.
