Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of
migraine attacks. However, an eye examination is required to exclude a retinal pathology.
If symptoms warrant, an
MRI scan of brain along with MR angiogram would be useful to exclude any narrowing or stenosis of blood vessel to retina or
occipital lobe.
Useful medications for you would include
topiramate and beta blockers, which would reduce the frequency of attacks.
