On And Off Pain In Chest Above Nipple, Feeling Of Pulled Muscle. Have Elevated Levels Of Epstein Barr, Swollen Tonsils, Lymph Nodes. Connections?

Pain in right side of chest 4 inches above right nipple then I turn my head to the left. Feels similar to a pulled muscle but has been coming and going for a few months. I have epstein barr and currently have elevated levels, my tonsils and lymph nodes are also currently swollen. Any relation and if not any ideas? Thank you

The pain in the chest that you have described could be related to a muscular pain or a viral chest infection. Taking steam inhalation or a mild pain killer should be of help.
