On And Off Pain In Right Side Of Chest, Shoulder, Shortness Of Breath. History Of Restarting Exercising. Suggest

4 weeks ago I went back to the gym and start to work out again after stoping for 3 months the next day I start to get a light pain I the right side chest / shoulder I said to my self it will go away in a few days but it didn't its not a sharp pain and come and go some times I fell out of breath for very short time 5-10 seconds I work out 5 times a week I don't get the pain when working out and I do a lot of cardio 1hour a day I don't get a short of breath when working out . note1 im none smoker and none drinker im 6.2ft and 113kg

Sounds like it could be a pulled muscle. You should try putting a heating pad on the area a couple times per day for 15 min each. Also, you could try taking an over the counter non steroidal anti inflammatory such as Alleve or Advil as directed on the bottle.
