On And Off Sudden Pain In Right Testicles, Right Lower Abdomen. Urine Test, CT Scan Of Abdomen Normal. Any Ideas?

Dear Sir,

I'm facing problem in One right testicles and pain in right side of lower abdominal i have gone thru under various tests Urine Culture & Routine but all report were normal and whole abdominal CT Scan in Fortis was also completely normal this pain is from last few months start suddenly and stop suddenly I travel frequently our of India so feel terrible when outside pls suggest what to do,,,

Hi, such type of testicular pain could be due to the torsion, hernia, or urinary tract infection, or may be the stone in the uriter near to the bladder.
I advise you to consult a surgeon, probably it can be diagnised by personal examination. Thank you.
