On Birth Control Pills. No Period After Delivery, Having Nausea, Stomach Pain. Pregnancy Chances?

hi,I'm on a birth control pills now and having an irregular period, I gave birth last June 1 and I'm delayed,I was supposed to have my period last august 22 but up to now i don't have period .I'm feeling nausea every morning and a little aching of tummy,but I'm not skipping a single pill .Could i be pregnant?.pleas help.

Hi thanks for your question.
Chances of pregnancy are very less as you have not skipped any pill. Nausea and pain in abdomen could be due to side of drug itself. As gastric upset is a known side effects of oral contra captive pills (OCP).Yours periods are delayed by more than a months and your cycle is irregular (which shouldn't as you’re on OCP and OCP regularizes the cycle).This along with symptoms of morning sickness points towards pregnancy. Get your pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy as a cause for your symptoms. Consultation with a physician is advisable.
