On Depo Jab, Had Sex, Take A Wee Sample Back In, That Was Clear. Am I Covered Straight Away?

i have been on the depo jab for about 10 year i was 6 days late and had sex the night before had to take morning after pill and take a wee sample in after 3 days but tuck it back 7 days after it was clear but still couldn't get the depo till the 10th day then had to take a wee sample back in that was clear so they gave me the jab am i covered straight away

hi, upto one week is accepted. as the delay occurs the risk is more. Ten days is long period and it would have been unsafe. Once you have taken the injection it will start action within 6 hours of administration.
