On Depo Provera Shot. No Periods Yet. Had Unprotected Intercourse. Have Back Aches. Pink, Brown Discharge. Recommendations?

I am on depo provera shot. This is my 3rd month on the shot and i haven't had a period but have had unprotected intercourse a few times. I noticed why looked like a little bubble with pink inside it in the toilet two days ago. The past two nights I've had dull lower back aches and pink or brown when I wipe. I am starting to worry what this is.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you are on depo shot, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
While being on hormonal contraceptives, some amount of irregularity in menstrual periods like intermenstrual spotting etc are common.
So the spotting you noticed could be due to that.
You can once go for pregnancy test, that will clarify the doubt.
If the spotting increases or repeats you can take additional dose of hormones with your doctor's advice to control.
Take care.
