On Liquid Methadone, Told To Have UTI Given Macrobid And Promethzine. Have High BP, Rapid Heart And Memory Loss
I've been on liquid methadone 70mgs at a clinic for 2 years. I was sick went to er visit was told I had a uti. They gave me macrobid 100mg twice a day and promethazine 25mg. Since taking medications I've been very sick. My blood pressures been high 154/114 heart races,tunnel,lost my memory,didn't talk took to much energy to walk to bathroom. I never felt so scared in my life I thought I was gonna die. Please help me w an answer so I can try to speak I don't wanna die never been so close
First of all it looks like you are having a reaction to the medicne and the first and the foremost thing to do at this stage is to stop the medicine all together,as most of the drugs have temporary effect, if you stop it the drug will be out of the system in few hours and you will feel better.
Although if still worse, need to go to the hospital for investigations and support.
