On my left knee on the bottom area of the knee cap there is a fleshy material that is small like a tendon type material that radiates a sharp burning pain if I apply pressure to it like when I have to get on my knees excersing or moving this knee against the bed covers at night changing positions when sleeping or bending in a squatting position with pants on that do not give. I can duplicate the pain when moving my finger across this area. This has been going on for about 2-3 mths. Any clue? Im 53 and 5'6" AND 125 lbs. Nothing has taken away this pain
