On New Year's Day I Fell And Suffered A Collies

On new year's day I fell and suffered a collies fracture of my right radius & ulna. I was treated via splint then cast. No reduction. Cast was removed at 5 1/2 weeks out followed by 4 sessions of physical therapy. All seemed to be progressing well. But I have been developing what I think is a trigger finger on my ring finger and have increasing pain throughout the forearm and palm area. Is this normal as I begin to use my hand more or is there something I should be attending to?
