Hello Sanjay,
Up to 104 or 105 F, you need not get alarmed.
Up to 99.6, it is not even considered as a
fever. There are several reasons for the fluctuation in body temperature and the variation you have mentioned is not of any concern.
Avoid taking
paracetamol and antibiotics during fever especially for children.
Paracetamol is harmful for the internal organs like
liver and kidneys.
Antibiotics also have bad effects and will create a constitution which will develop resistance to organisms and will favour fresh infections in future.
Fever itself is a treatment done by the nature to relieve the disease. Allow the body to treat itself. But if a child is showing frequent or recurrent attacks of fever, it shows that it has poor immunity and needs medicinal treatment that will improve the immunity. Neither paracetamol nor the antibiotics improve the immunity. Instead of that they destroy the natural immunity with which the child is born.
I am a Homoeopath and I can confidently say from my 35 years of experience that fever of any sort can be managed without antibiotics or paracetamol and with Homoeopathic constitutional remedies selected on the basis of genetics and constitution of the patient.
Try Homoeopathic treatment for your baby in future.
