On Starmune For Asthenoteratozoospermia. Will A Week Of Abstinence Effect IUI Process?
hi my husband did a sperm analysis in the month of september this year. the impression reads asthenoteratozoospermia asking to repeat test with 2-5 days abstinence. tomorrow the doc will conduct my first iui and by husband has abstained for a week now, will it cause any effect to the iui process tomorrow? also for this he has been prescribed starmune.

Your husband is suffering from reduced sperm motility. This is why pregnancy by natural method is not possible. Starmune and abstinence is advised to increase the sperm count. Number of potent sperms will also increase. This will help in IUI process thereby increase the chance of conceiving.
