On Treatment For Dengue Fever, Platelet Count Keeps Fluctuating. Is It Normal?

Hi! My husband had dengue fever and is admitted in hospital on tuesday...the fever has subsided but his platelet count was 0000 as on admission later it fall down to 0000..yesterday it was 0000 but today again it fluctuated to 0000 is it normal...plz wanted to know when he can get discharged n also how many days it will take to increase platelets...thx.

please correct your platelet report, and please mention if platelet was trasfused or not.
usually after transfusion platelet count rises then again falls,
ricovry will start when platelet cout start to rise without transfusions
for prognosis and recovery period please provide platelet count.
