hi doctor, i am garima 35, i have heavy menstural flow since last 1 year which is being treated since last 6 months by my doc through contraceptive pills. However now my HB is 7.8 and she adviced me orofer XT. How long should i take this Also i have low calcium (-2.4) in BMD test should i go for vit D test . I feel pains in lower limb with cramps, low energy and back ache. sometime acute headache & eye stress. what should i do?
Hi thanks for your query as told by you HB 7.8 LOW Cal BMD -2.4 You have all these problems because of your heavy menstural flow . you have problem from from last 1 yr. keep taking medicine as prescribed by your doctor minimally it will take arround 2-3 month more to restore the normal health.
follow following -take plenty of water -fruits -regular exercise -good sleep
