Hi thanks for writing here.Seeing your description it is possible that your sore initially may be because of trauma which is secondarily infected and secretions coming out from it irritating your skin and causing itching, other possibility that you may have developed infected eczema,in any case take oral antihistaminic drugs like tab.allegra 180 mg once day a,apply a steroid antibiotic combination like flutibact over area ,wash only with water, keep it dry,do not apply soap or other antiseptic liquids over it,if it does not recover then better consult a dermatologist.
Hi, It seems that you are having shoe dermatitis. Do not wear the culprit shoes. Take a short course of antibiotics with steroid in tappering dose... Apply antibiotic cream. Anti inflammatory drug may be taken to relieve inflammation. Take rest till you recover. Avoid soap bath. You can wash the foot with antiseptic liquid, like dettol water... I hope you will be cured.. Ok
