Osteoarthritis, Have Pain And Swelling In Knee Causing Difficulty In Walking, Moving And Bending. X-ray Showed Gap In Lateral Knee. What Is The Permanent Cure?

60 years, 5ft 4inch osteoarthirist. pain in left knee since one month. I have swellan in my left knee. I have done X ray also . there is small gap in lateral knee. otherwise i am quite healthy. no problem of any kind. having normal Bp ,sugar, homoglobin ect . pls suggest permanent cure for my problem. I faced difficulty in moving, walking and bending my knee.my wt is 62 Kg.

dear ,first of all this osteoarthritis is quite common in your age,but if you do a regular exercies for ur knee strengthenig , for your hamstrings and quadriceps muscle , and some precouation like you should not sit on floor , use western kind of commode chair,do not sit cross leg , do not stand for a longer period of time, use hot packs on the area or cold packs to the area swollen, and take some calcium and do walk for at least half an hour daily this could be your permanent solution.
