Out of shape obese with knee injury and high blood pressure (on meds).
Trying to eat healthy, many times don't eat all day after a breakfast of eggs/toast, and chicken salad dinner.
Need to lose weight fast, hurts to walk due to knee and heart pounds going up stairs.
Feel like I'm going downhill.
I drink 8 to 12 glasses of water and ice tea a day. Never sodas, rarely chocolate.
Mostly chicken, salads/ veg and carbs (sandwiches, potatoes- limiting).
Exhausted. Lactose intolerant and no red meat.
It's like I can't get enough nutrition, or exercise. Most of my work is sitting in an office, 12 hours a day, try not to walk too much because it hurts.
How do I get out of the cycle?
