Out Of Tretinoin And Nilac Creams, Which Should Be Used For Black Spots On The Forehead And Which One For Cheek Pimples?

I ve got black spot on my forehead and on cheeks i ve like many pimples. my doctor prescribed me Nilac a and tretinoin cream usp. Problem is I do not know which cream I should use for Forehead black spot and which one I should use for Cheeks(pimples)? Plz let me know

Apply Nilac gel on cheek pimples (acne) at day time and apply tretinoin cream on forehead black spot (acne scar) and cheek pimples at night.
