Oval Indents On Head Of Penis, Constant Urge For Urination, Upset Stomach. Yeast Infection?

Hi...I recently noticed two oval indents on the head of my penis...don't hurt. Now i've been run down the past few weeks so I'm thinking my immune system isn't at it's best. Now i'm constantly feeling the urge to urinate and it slightly hurts when i do. My stomach is a bit upset too and my tongue looks spotty. Since this has occurred my genitals have become quite sensitive and the penis head is slightly red...like it's dry skin. I did some research and it seems like it could be a yeast infection or uti? I probably will schedule an appointment to see my doctor...but do you have any comments or suggestions? I haven't had sex in a couple months FYI

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired bacterial infection of genitals ( Ballano Posthatis).

Please get microscopic examination of secretions fromthe lesion to trace the nature of organisms.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

In the mean while please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
