HELLO SHOVAN,
Well she has undergone a laparotomy , but i would like to know whether she has undergone a complete staging or not(your doctor can tell that ). Staging laparotomy includes removal of the uterus ,ovaries and few other structures like the pelvic lymphnodes, omentum , appendix, etc with searching for evidence of cancer spread to other areas in the abdomen. If she has not gone for a staging surgery, she would have to take chemotherapy 3 cycles and again go for a staging surgery if required. consult a gynecologic oncologist and a medical oncologist for further advice.
good luck
