Over the last year I became a vegetarian. I have lost 40 pounds. I just want to be healthy; I am 42 and in graduate school. I have know to started to get serious about working out. I take a GNC multivitamin pack which is amazing. I am seeking advice on BCAA. I still need to lose 30 pounds but will BCAA make gain weight? I drink a green organic smoothie six days a week for break with flaxseed, whey protien, organic honey, berries and spinach.
