Over the last year I have developed a sensitivity to certain goods that have always been fine (45 years). I experience severe gastric pain and bloating. Foods that do this to me without fail are peanuts, chocolate, and pistachios. In addition, I have a stabbing sensation that has developed in the last month in the upper right quadrant. I had a HIDA scan about a year ago, which was unremarkable. However, they didn't wait for emptying. I was able to watch the whole test. The tech was prepping me to eat a fatty meal, but the radiologist sent me on my way saying he had enough data. Just recently I went for a CT of the abdomen, also unremarkable. I don't feel well most of the time. Advice?
