Over The Past Several Months I Will Start Falling Asleep

Over the past several months I will start falling asleep while just sitting and talking to someone. All of sudden I can barely keep my eyes open. It's embarrassing. It happens no matter what time it is. It lasts for about 20 minutes. It's happened about 5 times in the past month.
