Over The Past Year I Have Progress Numbness In My

Over the past year I have progress numbness in my feet. First my left then both. It started with my toes feeling like they were trying to curl up all the time and then slight swelling and feeling like I am stepping on golf balls when I am walking especially barefoot. Now they are visually puffy mostly in back of my toes and sensitive to touch. They don't feel cold to the touch but feel like I have frozen socks on. I wear socks to bed to avoid the sheets touching them.
