Over the weekend I was helping to do a house Reno project and was up and down a chair painting

Had no symptoms of anything wrong before going to bed.

Woke up with a painful lower right leg.

Not sure if I hurt myself in my sleep or if I should be worried about some kind of blood clot.

My symptoms are
Stiffness. Hurts to bend at the knee. Lower leg feels heavy and half asleep.
I can walk fine but feel weird. Like something is out of whack.
