PCOS, Trying To Conceive. Taking Clomid. Abdominal Pain, Cramps, Constipation. Pregnant?

Hi,
I have been trying to conceive for about a year now from my last miscarriage and its been very difficult because I have pcos. I was put on clomid about 10 days ago and this past Saturday I started spotting a little and I'm having abdominal pains which keeps switching from side to side and constipated a little. Could I be pregnant already?

Hi,

It seems that most probably you have become pregnant, however, you can take the pregnancy test at least 10 days after the due date.

Constipation could be another reason of your abdominal pain and cramps, which can be an adverse effect of using clomid.

At the end, I woudl stronly recommend to talk to your OG as soon as possible to exclude this adverse effect and take the appropriate precautions.
