Pain After Urination, Lower Back Pain, Urge For Urination. Any Ideas?

I'm 15 and NEVER had sex nothing! And Yesterday I went pee and at the end of peeing it hurts really bad and I just started my period but there has been the tiniest amount of bloody like really tiny and This morning I've had lower back pain, do I have an infection and how do u think I got it? Plus I feel the need to pee every minute

Hi,
It appears that you mightbe having urinary tract infection.
It is common among ladies due to short urethra and having close connection with genital tract.
Due to lack of personal hygiene particularly during period is main cause of having this infection.
Nothing to worry, go for urine test and after that go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Take plenty of water.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
