Pain And Itchiness In Genitals. Why Am I Feeling Sick. Spots On Tonsils, Why?
For a few months now I have had on and off pain and itchiness in my genitals and I am worried that it is an std , i had went to my local clinic and they insisted it was thrush i used the cream given to me but nothing changed, recently I have began feeling sick which also comes and goes and keep getting white spots on my tonsils.

It will be good for you to visit a gynecologist and get examined clinically. It is good to be careful and aware of deadly disease. It seems you are a sexually active person. Have your blood tests ( VDRL and Australia antigen) done to rule out STD. If the tests show positive results you may have to go for Eliza test. Get treated well.
Take care of your hygiene, get your clothes washed and treated with antiseptics. Limit your sexual partners and make sure they are not carriers of such diseases. At present till you have problem and you are under investigation perform abstinence.
You should get your tonsils examined and take necessary antibiotics to get rid of your problem. Avoid cold food as it may worsen your tonsil. Have a good day, take care.
